Cancellations made 90 or more days prior to arrival are entitled to a full refund, less a service fee of 20%.

Cancellations made 60 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations made 59 or less days prior to arrival are 100% non-refundable.

A $500 security deposit is required prior to check in and will be refunded following departure.

An additional loft is available for rentals for $250 per week, but is only suitable for teenagers.

No-shows forfeit 100% of booking price paid, less the security deposit.
