Cancellations made 30 or more days prior to arrival are entitled to a full refund, less a service fee of US$ 50.00 per person.

Cancellations made 30-15 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations made 14-0 days prior to arrival are 100% non- refundable.

No-shows forfeit 100% of payment.

A mandatory 16% Honduras Government tax for accommodation will be charged once you arrive at the resort.
